Signing in
Every shift starts with a PIN
One terminal, five or six people a night. A PIN opens the till as you, so every ring and every tip is yours.
- 1Signing in opens or reuses your timesheet shift for the day; signing out never closes it. Log out and Clock out are two different buttons.
- 2The amber tiles are the debt carried from last night: tabs a manager still has to decide, shifts still to confirm.
- 3The crew line says who is on the clock right now.
- 4Ten wrong PINs in five minutes and the terminal waits — the server's own words, not a generic error.

Arrow keys move along the path. Nothing here talks to a server; the screens are renders of the real application with demo data.

For the server
One tap to ring, one sheet for choices
Plain items ring at once; size, modifiers, halves, no / extra / light, seat, course and allergy on one sheet that prices to the cent.
Every line wears its clock
NEW, fired 12m, ready 3m, served — on the check and on the tile — so nobody asks the kitchen.
Any way to pay, any mix
Cash, your own card terminal, Yusker Pay by QR, gift cards; split by seat, by lines, or evenly; tip presets; partial payments.
The bill on the guest's phone
A QR on the screen, on paper, by email or text; the guest splits and tips in the app; the floor turns green by itself.
Move, merge, split, transfer
Tables change, parties join, a shift ends — the check follows, and nothing re-fires.
Works when the internet does not
Ring, print, take cash; a keyed queue replays without doubling; it catches up on its own.
For the kitchen
A screen per station and a real pass
Kitchen, bar, pizza — each its own feed; the expo sees the whole table and RUNS it.
Paper that prints itself
One ticket per station on Send, banded RUSH or DRIVER ACCEPTED, labels for to-go bags, a reprint that says so.
Allergies shouted, recipes a tap away
Red on the card and the ticket; 📖 opens the recipe per serving.
A guest-facing ready board
Preparing and READY — COME ON UP on a wall screen that can touch nothing else.
Takeout and delivery on one rail
Who takes it, when it was promised, what is owed at the counter, Yusker drivers with distance and ETA, curbside, ready texts.

The whole night on one screen
Bookings to confirm, who is due, who is late, the waitlist, and the room by table as a chart with live words on every lane.
Walk-ins with an honest quote
About 20 min · 2 ahead, from the venue's own turnover; a text when the table is ready.
Deposits, edits, no-shows
A big party is quoted the policy and pays it at the stand; a cancel refunds; a no-show forfeits.
The room, drawn
Every chair as the dashboard drew it; a table turns amber to be cleaned and a busser's tap clears it.
For the manager
A PIN for every act that moves money
Voids with a reason, discounts by name, comps, refunds, tax exemptions, the drawer, sections — signed, and on the exceptions report with who and why.
Close of day that hides nothing
The Z-report per business day, the card batch tied, tips released to each rail, forgotten tabs parked for a decision instead of vanishing, shifts to confirm, emailed to the owner.
Reports that move while you watch
The pulse against yesterday and last week, money by tender, leakage, who came, top items, by tag, by server.
Guests you can name
Visits, spend, favourites, no-shows on the rail and the host stand; a blocklist with a reason.
Everything set from the dashboard

One line per tax with its registration number — a valid Quebec receipt — and exemptions with a reason.

Your company login, if you have one
Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, Okta or any OpenID Connect provider; prove the domain, turn it on, and require it for the dashboard while the owner keeps a way back in.
